Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the influence between: 1) work discipline toward teachers performance, 2) principal leadership toward teachers performance also 3) work discipline and principal leadership simultaneously toward teachers performance on junior high schools in Kotabumi district on North Lampung regency. The kind of this research is quantitative by using method of ex post facto. The samples use proportional random sampling as much 46 from 183 teachers who teach on junior high schools in Kotabumi district on North Lampung regency . Data are obtained from questionnaire and documentation, then analyzed by used correlational technique and regression both simple and double, which have been done before with normality and homogeneity test. The results of this research are: 1) there is positive influence between work discipline toward teachers performance, it means that getting better work discipline of teachers, the teachers performance will be better too, 2) there is positive influence between principal leadership toward teachers performance, it means that getting better teachers perception about principal leadership, the teachers performance will be better too 3) there is positive influence between work discipline and principal leadership toward teachers performance, it means that getting better work disicipline of teachers and teachers perception about principal leadership, the teachers performance will be better too. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh: 1) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, 2) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru serta 3) disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling sebanyak 46 dari 183 guru yang mengajar di SMP di Kecamatan Kotabumi Kota Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Data diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasional dan regresi baik secara sederhana maupun ganda, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik disiplin kerja guru maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik persepsi guru mengenai kepemimpinan kepala sekolah maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik disiplin kerja guru dan persepsi guru mengenai kepemimpinan kepala sekolah maka semakin baik pula kinerjanya.
