Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

The purpose of this research is to investigate about the readiness of 2013 curriculum implementation at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro. The focus of this research is the readiness of 2013 curriculum implementation and the sub focus of this research is the readiness of 2013 curriculum implementation, it is monitored about the implementation of curriculum 2013, by the guide teacher, the attitude of teacher and student toward the implementation of curriculum 2013. This research uses qualitative approach with the plan of single case study. Data Collecting Technique is done by interviewing, documentation study and field observation. Data Analyzing Technique uses the interactive pattern of Miles and Hubberman’s data. The results of this research are gotten (1) The Readiness of 2013 Curriculum Implementation is begun by arranging the purposes and the targets that will be reached, such as doing a training or a workshop individually in a school; completing the tools and the infrastructures, the teacher and the student’s handbook are needed to observe again. The grouping is determining The Human Resources; making Competency Standard for the executor teams in teaching curriculum 2013, reporting the implementation of curriculum 2013 to the Vocational School Directorate, doing by repairing the process of studying on scientific and authentic scoring, repairing the tools and the infrastructure (2) Monitoring on the implementation of curriculum 2013, especially on the subject of Mathematics, Indonesian and History by the teachers, it has been found that it is not suitable with the target and the purpose from the various aspects. The monitoring result toward the implementation of curriculum 2013 is not maximal yet. The monitoring of 2013 curriculum implementation is done by the guide teacher continuously, (3) the attitude of teacher and student toward the implementation of curriculum 2013 is not suitable with a hope. Mainly, the attitude of wanting to know, hard working and innovative. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Kesiapan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro.Fokus penelitian ini adalah kesiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013 dengan sub fokus penelitian:Kesiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro, Monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 oleh guru pendamping, Sikap guru dan siswa terhadap implementasikurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus tunggal. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data Miles dan Hubberman.Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Kesiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013 diawali dengan merencanakan tujuan-tujuan dan sasaran-sasaran yang akan dicapai seperti mengadakan pelatihan atau workshop secara mandiri di sekolah; melengkapi sarana dan prasarana, meninjau ulang buku pegangan guru dan siswa.(2) Pengorganisasian meliputi kegiatan:menentukan SDM, membuat SK untuk tim pelaksana pembelajaran kurikulum 2013, melaporkan implementasi kurikulum 2013kepada Direktorat Pembinaan SMK, melaksanakan Kurikulum 2013 dengan cara memperbaiki proses pembelajaran yang mengarah pada pendekatan scientific dan penilaian autentik, memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana; (3) Monitoring terhadap Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013Khususnya pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, dan Sejarah di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro oleh Guru Pendamping ditemukan belum sesuai dengan sasaran atau dan tujuan dari berbagai aspek seperti pemahaman kurikulum 2013, belum ada kesesuaian buku pegangan guru dan buku pegangan siswa terhadap KI dan KD, proses pembelajaran yang belum mengarah pada pendekatan scientific dan penilaian autentik. Hasil Monitoring terhadap Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 belum maksimal. Monitoring implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dilaksanan oleh guru pendamping belum dilaksanakan secara berkala.(4) Sikap guru dan siswa terhadap implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Metro masih belum muncul terutama pada implementasi kurikulum 2013 misalnya sikap rasa ingin tahu, sikap kerja keras, dan sikap kreatif serta inovatif.
