The main problem of this research is teacher’s performance which is still low in teaching and learning at senior high school of Kabupeten Tulang Bawang Barat, that the low of teacher’s performance, related to headmaster’s supervision, professional attitudes, and independence of learning. The purpose of this research was to collect information about the correlation of headmaster’s supervision, professional attitudes, and independence of leaning to teacher’s performance in teaching and learning at senior high school of Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat, whether it was individually or together. The research used correlation survey method. There were 81 respondents as the sample taken from the population of senior high school teachers at Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat, i.e. 269 teachers. Research instrument of teacher’s performance in teaching and learning used evaluation instrument of teacher’s performance while headmaster’s supervision, professional attitudes, and independence of learning used questionnaires. Data have been analyzed using correlation technique. The results show that first, headmaster’s supervision has positive and close correlation to teacher’s performance, i.e. 0,633; second, professional attitude has positive and close correlation to teacher’s performance in teaching and learning, i.e. 0,647; third, independence of learning has positive and close correlation to teacher’s performance in teaching and learning, i.e. 0,646; and forth, collective correlation among headmaster’s supervision, professional attitude, and independence of learning to teacher’s performance in teaching and learning is 0,828. Masalah pokok yang diteliti adalah rendahnya kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran di SMA se-Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Rendahnya kinerja guru tersebut berkaitan dengan supervisi kepala sekolah, sikap profesional, dan kemandirian belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai hubungan supervisi kepala sekolah, sikap profesional dan kemandirian belajar dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran di SMA se-Kabupeten Tulang Bawang Barat, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey korelasional. Responden penelitian sebanyak 81 orang sebagai sampel yang berasal dari populasi guru SMA Negeri dan swasta di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat sebanyak 269 orang. Instrumen penelitian kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran menggunakan Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Guru dan supervisi kepala sekolah, sikap profesional dan kemandirian belajar, menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pertama, supervisi kepala sekolah berhubungan positif dan erat dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran, sebesar 0,633, kedua, sikap profesional berhubungan positif dan erat dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran, sebesar 0,647; ketiga, kemandirian belajar berhubungan positif dan erat dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran, sebesar 0,646, dan keempat, hubungan bersama antara supervisi kepala sekolah, sikap profesional dan kemandirian belajar dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran, sebesar 0,828.
