Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran menulis teks eksposisi berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 pada SMP Xaverius 3 Bandarlampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian adalah kegiatan pembelajaran menulis teks eksposisi yang meliputi RPP, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang terdiri atas aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta penilaian pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa komponen yang kurang sesuai dengan instrumen pembelajaran, yaitu pada indikator perumusan tujuan belajar, pedoman penskoran, manfaat pembelajaran dan kegiatan refleksi. Selanjutnya pada komponen-komponen lain dalam rencana dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, terutama pada penggunaan pendekatan saintifik telah dilakukan dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajaran yang berlangsung juga menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis teks. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, pembelajaran menulis teks eksposisi pada SMP Xaverius 3 Bandarlampung sudah baik. The problem of this research is the learning of an exposition text writing based on the 2013 curriculum of SMP Xaverius 3 Bandar Lampung. The method that is used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data is collected from the learning process of an exposition text writing covered the lesson plan, the learning process consists of teacher and students’ activity, and the learning assessment. The result shows that there are some components that are inappropriate with teaching instrument, that is on the indicator of formulating the learning objective, evaluation orientation, learning function and reflection activity. Then, the other components in the lesson plan, particularly in the using of scientific approach has been used in the learning activity. The learning uses text- based learning. Therefore, the learning of an exposition text writing of SMP Xaverius 3 Bandar Lampung is already run well.
