Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy, locus of control, dan self concept terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. minat wirausaha adalah keinginan, ketertarikan serta kesediaan untuk bekerja keras atau berkemauan keras dengan adanya pemusatan perhatian untuk berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya tanpa merasa takut akan resiko yang akan dihadapi, senantiasa belajar dari kegagalan yang dialami, serta mengembangkan usaha yang diciptakannya. Minat wirausaha tersebut tidak hanya keinginan dari dalam diri saja tetapi harus melihat ke depan dalam potensi mendirikan usaha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa self efficacy dan self concept berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai thitung 3.024 dan 11.528. Sedangkan locus of control terhadap minat berwirausaha terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan dengan nilai thitung 0,693. Hasil dari Uji F (Simultan) terdapat hasil yang signifikan antara variabel self efficacy, locus of control dan self concept terhadap Minat Berwirausaha dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 277.983 > 3.115. Kata Kunci : Self Efficacy, Locus of Control, Self Concept, Minat Berwirausaha, ABSTRACT Influence of Self-Efficacy, Locus Of Control (LOC), and The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy , locus of control , and self concept to the Interests entrepreneurship . entrepreneurial interest is the desire , interest and willingness to work hard or strong-willed with the focusing of attention to trying to make ends meet without fear of the risks to be faced , constantly learning from failures , as well as develop the business he created . Interest in entrepreneurship is not only the desire of the self alone but must look forward to the potential of setting up a business . Analysis using Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 17.0 analysis tool for Windows . Partial results of the study showed that self-efficacy and self- concept significantly influence interest in entrepreneurship the value of t test 3.024 and 11.528 . While the locus of control of the interest in entrepreneurship there is no significant effect the value of the t test 0.639 . Results of test F ( Simultaneous ) there is a significant result between the variables self-efficacy , locus of control and selfconcept of the Interests entrepreneurship by Ftest value 277.983 > 3.115.
