Abstract

Structural Equation Modeling is a statistical technique that is able to analyze patterns of relationships simultaneously between indicator variables and latent variables. The purpose of this research is to analyze the total effect with the Maximum Likelihood estimation method on Covariance Structural Equastion Modeling. The result shows that total effects of variable satisfaction (η3) can be explained by variable quality (ξ1), service (η1) and price (η2) equal to 0,8992 or 89%. Keywords: Structural Equation Modeling, Total Effect, Maximum Likelihood. Structural Equation Modeling merupakan teknik statistik yang mampu menganalisis pola hubungan secara simultan antara variabel indikator dan variabel laten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh total dengan metode estimasi Maximum Likelihood pada Covariance Structural Equastion Modeling. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh pengaruh total dengan variabel kepuasan (η3) yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas (ξ1), pelayanan (η1) dan harga (η2) sebesar 0,8992 atau 89%.
