Organizational climate and work involvement are factors that can affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and work involvement on the performance of employees of Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang. The samples used in this study were all employees of Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang with 224 people. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 18 program. The results of this study support the proposed hypothesis, namely the organizational climate and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang. Suggestions for the leadership of Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang should continue to pay attention to the company's organizational climate for the better. One of them is by explaining more to employees during the training process about what responsibilities the company gives to employees, the level of decision making, and company policies, so that employees can better understand the organizational structure Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang. Create an opinion box and create an online forum specifically for company members so that all employees can provide their suggestions and opinions anonymously, increase support between superiors to subordinates such as helping employees find solutions to problems, and encourage employees to solve problems themselves so that employees can develop, and provide feedback on the work of employees in accordance with the results of their work. Tanjung Karang Chandra Super Store leaders should continue to pay attention to employee work involvement for the better. One of them is by being more active in conducting meetings with employees both formally and informally and giving employees time to express their ideas and opinions, so that employees will feel more involved in their work and feel that work is an important thing for their self-esteem.
