Good communication is communication that can be understood and accepted by others. In addition to verbal means, communication can also be done with body language or using gestures for certain purposes. Formal communication was carried out by the core committee such as providing information about the meeting schedule to alumi, senior, administrators and new members of the Hindu University of Lampung University. Non-formal communication carried out by the core management such as inviting members directly or face to face to come to UKM and activities carried out by Hindu UKM of University of Lampung. horizontal communication, namely communication between the core management and communication under the field coordinator with members of the Hindu University of Lampung.
