Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, pendidikan da pelatihan terhadap kinerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah pemeriksa pada Puskesmas di Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 60 bidan puskesmas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa beban kerja yang melebihi kondisi normal berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pendidikan dan pelatihan juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, namun memberikan pengaruh positif tehadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pegawai dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang memadai akan memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik.. Kata kunci : Beban kerja, Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Kinerja This research aimed to determined the effect of workload, education and training on performance. The object of this research was the examiner at the Community Health Center in West Lampung. The number of therespondents were 60 midwiver. The datas were obtained by using questionnaire. Then, the datas were analyzed by simple linear regression. The results of this research showed that workloads that exceed normal conditions have negative impact to the employees’ performance. But, education and training had the positive effect to the employees’ performance. The result means that employees with adequate education and training would have better performance. Key word : Workload, Education, Training and Performance.
