Information system is a combination of information technology and the activities of people who use technology to support means of communication. and Monitoring is an activity to observe something that you want to know. One of them is measurement either in the form of quantity, dimension, or capacity, usually against a standard or unit of measure. Measurements are very important in several aspects, one of which is measurements at PLN's distribution substations in real time. Because electricity monitoring is still done manually, the idea was created to create a monitoring information system with the aim of being able to be monitored remotely and mobile. The design of this information system has 3 main parameters measured in each phase R, S and T in the form of voltage, current, and power factor using the PZEM- 004T sensor. The three parameters measured from each phase along with the substation id are packaged in a .JSON format file package which is then sent to the Web Server with the GSM SIM800L module. As well as for ease of measurement mobility, the Monitoring information system that has been created is integrated with an android application made with Android Studio and runs on SDK 21. Sistem Informasi adalah kombinasi dari teknologi informasi dan aktivitas orang yang menggunakan teknologi untuk mendukung sarana berkomunkasi dan Monitoring atau pemantauan adalah kegiatan untuk mengamati suatu hal yang ingin diketahui. Salah satunya adalah pengukuran baik dalam bentuk besaran, dimensi, atau kapasitas, biasanya terhadap suatu standar atau satuan ukur. Pengukuran sangat penting dilakukan dalam beberapa aspek, salah satunya yaitu pengukuran pada gardu distribusi milik PLN secara realtime. Karena pemantauan listrik masih dilakukan secara manual, maka terciptalah ide untuk membuat Sistem Informasi monitoring dengan tujuan dapat dipantau dari jarak jauh dan mobile. Perancangan sistem informasi ini memiliki 3 parameter utama yang diukur pada masing-masing phasa R,S dan T berupa tegangan, arus, dan faktor daya dengan menggunakan sensor PZEM-004T. Ketiga parameter yang diukur dari masing – masing phasa beserta id gardu dikemas dalam paket file berformat .JSON yang selanjutnya dikirim ke Web Server dengan modul GSM SIM800L. Serta untuk kemudahan mobilitas pengukuran, sistem informasi Monitoring yang telah dibuat tersebut di integrasikan dengan aplikasi android yang dibuat dengan android studio dan berjalan pada SDK 21.
