Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu masih adanya penduduk miskin yang ditandai dengan rendahnya kualitas hidup penduduk, kesehatan dan gizi. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengetaskan kemiskinan, tapi hingga kini faktanya banyak rakyat Indonesia yang masih hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui proses implementasi program keluarga harapan (PKH) di bidang kesehatan di Kota Bandar Lampung dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pemilihan informan didasarkan pada subjek yang menguasai persoalan, memiliki data dan bersedia memberikan data antaralain koordinator UPPKH, petugas pendamping PKH, petugas SPM, petugas ADM dan petugas SIM. Fokus dalam penelitian ini diarahkan pada Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan Bidang Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung dalam perspektif manajemen pemerintahan, yang di lihat dalam beberapa aspek manajemen pemerintahan yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), dan pelaksanaan (Actuating). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, dalam implementasi program keluarga harapan bidang kesehatan di Kota Bandar Lampung secara umum, implementasinya dinilai efektif namun dari aspek Manajemen Pemerintahan ditemukan beberapa permasalahan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi, pengorganisasian tahap pembayaran, dan pelaksanaan verifikasi komitmen namun tujuan serta sasaran PKH ini pun sudah mulai tercapai dengan baik. Kata kunci : Implementasi, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). ABSTRACT The problem in this research is the persistence of poverty which is characterized by low quality of life of the population , health and nutrition . The government has made various efforts to mengetaskan poverty , but until now the fact that many Indonesian people are still living below the poverty line . The purpose of this study is to know the process of implementation of family expectations ( CCT ) in the health sector in the city of Bandar Lampung implemented . This study used a qualitative research method . Selection of informants was based on subjects who control problem , have the data and are willing to provide data antaralain UPPKH coordinator , assistant clerk PKH , SPM officers , officers and officers ADM SIM . The focus of this research is directed at the implementation of the Family Hope Program Health Bandar Lampung in government management perspective , which in the view in some aspects of government management : planning ( Planning) , organizing ( Organizing ) , and implementation ( Actuating ) . The results of this study indicate that , in the implementation of family programs in health expectancy in Bandar Lampung in general , its implementation is considered effective but from the aspect of Government Management found several problems in socialization , organizing payment stage , and the verification of commitment , but the goals and objectives of this PKH also already started achieved well .
