Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CSR terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan. Obyek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di LQ45. Dalam penelitian ini, kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan ROA (return on Asset) dan nilai perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan TobinsQ. Penelitian empiris ini menggunakan data sekunder berdasarkan pada tekhnik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah annual report periode 2008-2013 yang ada dalam website perusahaan dan BEI (www.idx.co.id). Metode analis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Corporate Social Responsibility terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan. Sementara kinerja keuangan terbukti berpengaruh poisitif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ROA, Nilai perusahaan ABSTRAC This research is intended to find out the influence of CSR through finances performance and company value. The object of this research is non finances company registered at LQ45. In this research, company finances performance was measured by ROA (return on asset) and company value was measured by using tobinsQ. This empiric research used secunder databased on purposive sampling technique. The data used was annual reporting period 2008-2013 which was there in company website and BEI. Analysis method used in this research was line analysis. Based on corporate social responsibility testing was proved it was influent positively and significantly through finances performance and company value.
