Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas fisik, kadar air, dan sebaran jamur ppada wafer limbah pertanian dengan lama simpan berbeda. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Wafer limbah pertanian terdiri dari empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan, yaitu R0 : Wafer tanpa disimpan; R1 : wafer yang disimpan selama dua minggu; R2 : Wafer yang disimpan selama empat minggu; R3 : wafer yang disimpan selama enam minggu. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan sidik ragam pada taraf nyata 5% dan atau 1% dan akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT), apabila nilai analisis ragam menunjukkan hasil yang nyata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wafer dengan penyimpanan yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kadar air dan tekstur, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap warna dan aroma wafer. Perlakuan terbaik pada wafer dengan masa simpan yang berbeda adalah wafer yang disimpan selama empat minggu. The purpose of this research was to determine physical qualities, water content, and mould distribution in wafer of agricultural waste with different storage time. The experimental design that used in this research is Randomized Complete Design (CRD) with four treatments and four replications. Agricultural waste wafer consists of four treatments and four replications, namely R0: Wafer without being stored; R1: wafer were stored for two weeks; R2: Wafer were stored for four weeks; and R3: wafer were stored for six weeks. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance on the real level of 5% or 1% and will be continued by a test of Least Significant Difference (LSD), if the value showed significant result. The results of this research indicate that the wafer with differential storage was highly significant (P <0.01) for physical qualities, there are colour, and the scent of wafer. The best treatment on wafer with differential storage was wafer that stored for four weeks.
