Abstract
Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi pengaruh modal intelektual (yang diukur menggunakan metode VAIC dengan komponen sumber daya utama perusahaan yaitu modal fisik, modal manusia, dan modal struktural) terhadap kinerja pasar perusahaan (dengan proksi PBV dan PER) Penelitian ini menggunakan partial least square sebagai alat analisis. perusahaan yang menjadi objek pengamatan adalah perusahaan lahan yasan dan properti yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia selama tahun 2008-2013 yaitu sebanyak 24 perusahaan Pengujian terhadap signifikansi inner weights yaitu dengan membandingkan nilai t-statistik dengan t-tabel. Dari hasil pengujian inner weights dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu modal intelektual yang diukur dengan VAIC berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pasar perusahaan pada tahun berjalan; modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan pada tahun berikutnya. Kata Kunci : Intellectual Capital, VAIC, Nilai Pasar Perusahaan, Kinerja Pasar Perusahaan. Abstract Bahasa Inggris : The objective of this study is to estimate the effect of intellectual capital (measured by the VAIC method by the major components of a company’s resource base: physical capital, human capital and structural capital) toward company’s market value (proxy by PBV and PER). It is an empirical study using PLS for the data analysis. The data are drawn from 24 real estate and property companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2008-2013 periods. The results show that intellectual capital influence the company’s market value, but intellectual capital do not influence the future company’s market value on the next year.
