Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah keterampilan komunikasi asertif dalam situasi bullying siswa rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi dapat meningkatkan komunikasi asertif dalam situasi bullying pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pre experimental design dengan desain penelitian one group pretest- posttest design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala komunikasi asertif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 10 siswa yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode statistika nonparametrik Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil Analisis data menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi asertif dalam situasi bullying yang dialami siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi, hal ini dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh Zhitung = -2.812< Ztabel = 1,65, pada taraf signifikan 5% yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi asertif dalam situasi bullying pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Kata kunci : Bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi, Asertif, Bullying. The problem in this research is that students' assertive communication skills in bullying situations are low. The aim of this research is to find out whether the use of discussion technique group guidance services can improve assertive communication in bullying situations among class VIII students at SMPN 6 Bandar Lampung in the 2023/2024 academic year. The method in this research is pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection uses an assertive communication scale. The subjects of this research were 10 students who were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data processing uses the non-parametric statistical method Wilcoxon Test. The results of data analysis show that there has been an increase in assertive communication skills in bullying situations experienced by students after being provided with discussion technique group guidance services. This can be seen from the results obtained Zcount = -2.812< Ztable = 1.65, at a significance level of 5% which means H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this research shows that discussion technique group guidance services can improve assertive communication skills in bullying situations in class VIII students at SMPN 6 Bandar Lampung in the 2023/2024 academic year.
