Abstract

Alat pengering (Oven) pengecatan body yaitu, glass heater mengubah energi listrik menjadi energi panas , kemudian energi panas di sebarkan melalui perpindahan panas radiasi , kemudian panas yang disebarkan akan diserap oleh part yang masih basah ketika setelah dilakukan proses pengecatan. Pada saat peroses pengeringan part berlangsung, part yang sedang dikeringkan mengeluarkan thiner yang sebelumnya tercampur pada bahan cat yang digunakan. Hal ini yang menentukan hasil akhir dari proses pengcatan yang optimal. Sebelum glass heater dialirkan energi listrik dua komponen dan tombol- tombol dicontrol panel yaitu pada timer cut off dapat mengatur waktu yang dibutuhkan pada proses pengeringan dan yang kedua termostat untuk suhu yang akan digunakan pada part yang akan dikeringkan, Tombol pada pemilihan waktu pada timer cut off juga berfungsi sebagai ombol on/off pada control panel oven sebelum arus dialirkan ke termostat dan juga ke lampu LED pada oven pengering pengecatan. Pada daya yang digunakan alat ini sebesar 375 watt, dapat dibilang juga masih kecil daya yang digunakan untuk ukuran oven dengan lebar 1,5 meter dan lebar 2 meter. A body painting dryer (Oven), namely, a glass heater converts electrical energy into heat energy, then the heat energy is distributed through radiant heat transfer, then the distributed heat will be absorbed by the part that is still wet after the painting process is carried out. During the part drying process, the part being dried releases thinner which was previously mixed with the paint material used. This is what determines the optimal final result of the painting process. Before the glass heater is supplied with electrical energy, two components and buttons are controlled by the panel, namely the cut off timer which can set the time required for the drying process and secondly the thermostat for the temperature to be used on the part to be dried. The button selects the time for the cut off timer. It also functions as an on/off switch on the oven control panel before current is supplied to the thermostat and also to the LED light on the paint drying oven. With the power used by this tool being 375 watts, it could be said that the power used is still small for an oven measuring 1.5 meters wide and 2 meters wide.
