Abstrak Penelitian kuasi eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Pene¬litian ini menggunakan the one-shot case study design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 8 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Sam¬pel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitan ini diperoleh melalui tes pemahaman konsep matematis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep matematis, pengaruh, TPS abstract This quasi experimental research aimed to know the influence of cooperative learning model of TPS type towards students’ mathematical conceptual understanding. This research used the one-shot case study design. The population of this research was all grade 8th students of SMPN 8 Bandar Lampung in the academic year of 2014/2015. The sample of the research was students of VIII A class that were determined by purposive sampling technique. The research data were obtained by test of mathematical conceptual understanding. Based on data analysis, the cooperative learning model of TPS affects towards students’ mathematical conceptual understanding.
