Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan memahami perilaku kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri X Buay Bahuga berdasarkan empat dimensi utama, yaitu idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, dan individualized consideration. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1) Perilaku idealized influence kepala sekolah diwujudkan dalam keteladanan moral, integritas, dan komitmen terhadap nilai-nilai etika. 2) Perilaku inspirational motivation kepala sekolah, diwujudkan dalam mengomunikasikan visi dan misi secara inspiratif, menumbuhkan optimisme, serta memberikan dorongan semangat kepada warga sekolah. 3) Perilaku intellectual stimulation kepala sekolah diwujudkan dalam mendorong inovasi pembelajaran, membuka ruang bagi ide-ide kreatif, dan menghargai pemikiran kritis guru maupun siswa. 4) Perilaku individualized consideration kepala sekolah, diwujudkan dalam menunjukkan perhatian personal terhadap kebutuhan individu, memberikan bimbingan profesional, serta menghargai prestasi warga sekolah. This study aims to describe and understand the transformational leadership behavior of the principal at SMA Negeri X Buay Bahuga based on four main dimensions, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The research method used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research type. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, conclusion drawing, and data verification. The results of the study show that 1) The idealized influence behavior of the principal is manifested in moral exemplary behavior, integrity, and commitment to ethical values. 2) The inspirational motivation behavior of the principal is manifested in communicating the vision and mission in an inspiring manner, fostering optimism, and providing encouragement to the school community. 3) The intellectual stimulation behavior of the principal is manifested in encouraging learning innovation, opening space for creative ideas, and appreciating the critical thinking of teachers and students. 4) The individualized consideration behavior of the principal is manifested in showing personal attention to individual needs, providing professional guidance, and appreciating the achievements of the school community
