Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan rendahnya hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan proses pembelajaran masih perlu ditingkatkan agar hasil belajar siswa dapat lebih optimal. Penerapan metode think pair share dan kreativitas guru diduga memengaruhi hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode think pair share dan kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Natar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif serta pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 104 siswa yang dihitung dengan rumus Slovin dan ditentukan dengan teknik probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F yang diolah dengan program SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode think pair share dan kreativitas guru secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Namun, hasil belajar siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini. Implikasinya, penerapan metode think pair share yang dikombinasikan dengan kreativitas guru dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, Kreativitas Guru, Penerapan Metode Think Pair Share This research is motivated by the low economic learning outcomes of students which are influenced by several factors. This condition shows that the learning process still needs to be improved so that student learning outcomes can be optimized. The application of the think pair share method and teacher creativity is thought to affect the learning outcomes obtained by students both partially and simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the think pair share method and teacher creativity on the economic learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Natar. The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive verification methods and ex post facto and survey approaches. The sample used in this study was 104 students who were calculated using the Slovin formula and determined by probability sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using google form and for hypothesis testing using the t test and F test which was processed with the SPSS Version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the application of the think pair share method and teacher creativity partially and simultaneously affects students' economic learning outcomes. However, student learning outcomes are also influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The implication is that the application of the think pair share method combined with teacher creativity can create interactive and interesting learning, so as to increase student activeness and learning outcomes.
