Abstract
ABSTRAK ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA RUMAH SAKIT GRAHA HUSADA BANDAR LAMPUNG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BALANCED SCORECARD SEBAGAI TOLOK UKUR PENILAIAN KINERJA Oleh DEDY NOVRIANSYAH Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rumah sakit Graha Husada dengan menggunakan metode balanced scorecard sebagai sebuah metode yang dapat mengukur kinerja yang memiliki empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif konsumen, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil data selama 2 tahun, yaitu dari tahun 2012 dan 2013. Hasil pengukuran yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard yaitu perspektif keuangan dan perspektif konsumen dinilai baik. Sedangkan hasil pengukuran pada perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif proses pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dinilai cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan metode balanced scorecard maka secara keseluruhan kinerja Rumah Sakit Graha Husada dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Kata Kunci : Pengukuran Kinerja, Balanced Scorecard, Perspektif Keuangan, dan Perspektif Non - Keuangan ABSTRACT ANALYSIS PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT OF GRAHA HUSADA HOSPITAL USING THE BALANCED SCORECARD AS A BENCHMARK OF PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT by DEDY NOVRIANSYAH The objectives of the researsch are to measure performance of Graha Husada hospital by using balanced scorecard as a method that can measure a performance with four perspective that is financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective. Research conducted by collecting data during two years, is from year 2012 to 2013. The measurement result with the balanced scorecard on the financial perspective and customer perspective rated is good. The measurement result with the balanced scorecard on the internal business process perspective and the growth and learning process perspective is good enough. Based on this research that the result of measurements obtained with the four perspective of balanced scorecard performance of Graha Husada Hospital on the whole rated is good.
