Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kebudayaan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Metro. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi dinas terkait dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai dinas terkait dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 54 pegawai dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan variabel motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai walaupun secara parsial disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan motivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Koefisien korelasi sebesar 12,6% menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara (motivasi dan disiplin kerja) terhadap kinerja, sedangkan sisanya dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini. Hasil uji t variabel disiplin sebesar 1,995 >1,674 menunjukkan bahwa t hitung > tabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sedangkan uji t variabel motivasi sebesar 0,176>1,674 menunjukkan bahwa t hitung < tabel maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hasil uji F diperoleh sebesar 3,668>2,272 menunjukkan bahwa hasil F hitung > F tabel dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. The result of this research can be review for the department to increase the employee performance. The method of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research population is all employees of the Department of Education Culture Youth and Sports at Metro City with a total sample is 54 employees with random sampling technique. Data Analysis which used is descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on this research the conclusion is work discipline variables has a significantly effect to the employee performance, and the motivate variable give an effect too but it didn’t too significant. They give an effect to the employee performance but the work discipline is dominant than the motivate to increase the employee performance. Correlation of coefficient is about 12,6% indicates that their relationship (motivation and discipline) with employee, whereas the rest can be explained by another factors are not included in this research model.
