Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Terungkapnya kasus pembuangan pasien yang dilakukan oleh pihak RSUD dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Kota Bandar Lampung pada akhir tahun 2014 lalu menuntut Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung untuk meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap seluruh kegiatan pemberian layanan kesehatan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan-alasan RSUD dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Kota Bandar tidak responsible dalam menjalankan tugasnya sehingga terjadi kasus pembuangan pasien yang menimpa Edi Suparman. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi Kasus pembuangan yang menimpa Edi Suparman disebabkan oleh tidak responsible-nya rumah sakit dalam menjalankan tugasnya dengan alasan faktor pemahaman tanggung jawab yang belum sepenuhnya terealisasikan dilapangan, faktor pemberian wewenang berdasarkan tanggung jawab yang tidak sesuai dengan struktur, faktor tindakan adil, akurat, dan tepat waktu yang belum dijalankan secara keseluruhan, serta faktor kurangnya ketegasan dari komitmen pimpinan rumah sakit itu sendiri. Komunikasi antar pimpinan dan bawahan, serta peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia harusnya lebih ditingkatkan untuk benar-benar mencapai tujuan dan fungsi menyeluruh dari RSUD dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo sehinngga dikemudian hari tidak terulang kembali hal-hal yang menyangkut penyimpangan tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh pegwai RSUD dr. A. dadi Tjokrodipo dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. This study aims to determine the reasons by General Hospital dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo the City of Bandar Lampung is not responsible in their duties resulting in the disposal of cases affecting patients Edi Supaman. The approach in this study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study, in which data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Dumping case that struck Edi Suparman caused is not responsible his hospital in performing his duties by reason of factors understanding of the responsibility that has not been fully realized in the field, a factor based on the responsibility of granting authority that is not in accordance with the structure, factors act fair, accurate, and timely that have not been executed as a whole, as well as factors lack of firmness of the commitment of the leadership of the hospital itself. Communication between leaders and subordinates, as well as improving the quality of human resources should be further improved to truly achieve the objectives and overall function of the hospital so not recur in the future matters concerning irregularities responsibilities undertaken by workers in General Hospital dr.
