Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh efektivitas kerja guru yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim kerja dan disiplin terhadap efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 144 guru dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. (2) Ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. (3) Ada pengaruh iklim kerja dan disiplin terhadap efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Kata kunci: disiplin, efektivitas kerja, iklim kerja. ABSTRACT INFLUENCE OF CLIMATE OF WORK AND DISCIPLINE ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF WORK ON STATE TEACHERS SERTIFIKASI SMP SUB RAYON 01 BANDAR LAMPUNG 2014/2015 ACADEMIC YEAR This research is motivated by the low effectiveness of teachers’ work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of climate on the effectiveness of the work and dicipline of work on the certifiction of teachers of SMPN 01 Bandar Lampung Sub Rayon Academic Year 2014/2015. The method verification with ex post facto approach. The population in this research were 144 teachers and sampled totaled 106 teachers. The sampling technique in this study with probability sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling using the formula slovin. Based on dta analysis of research results show that: (1) There is a work climate influence on the effectiveness of wpork on the certification of teachers of SMPN 01 Bandar Lampung Sub Rayon Academic Year 2014/2015. (2) There is a diciplinary effect on the effectiveness of work on the certification of teachers of SMPN 01 Bandar Lampung Sub Rayon Academic Year 2014/2015. (3) There is an effect of climate on the effectiveness of the work and dicpline of work on the certification of teachers of SMPN 01 Bandar Lampung Sub Rayon Academic Year 2014/2015.
