ABSTRACK ANALYSIS EFFECTIVENESS OF PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM BUMN IN MIKRO SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE GROWTH (STUDI CASE AT UMKM INDUSTRIAL SECTOR WHO PARTNERSHIP ERECT BY PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA VII COMPANY AT UNIT USAHA REJOSARI) By MUHAMMAD SYOUGI One of the Corporate Social Responsibility program in BUMN is the Partnership Program. Partnership Program is a program designed specifically for Micro, Small and medium enterprise development to be sustainable, self sufficient and have competitive power using funds benefit from BUMN profits. The purpose of this reasearch are to describe effectiveness of BUMN partnership program that have been implemented by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII. The type of this research is descriptive by using qualitatif approaching. Analyse effectiveness of Partnership Program which contain of two indicators: first accuracy of implementation BUMN Partnership Program and the second is micro, small and medium enterprise growth. with nine informan, they are four people from PKBL staff of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII, Unit Usaha Rejosari branch and five people from micro, small and medium enterprise Partnership Program. According to the result of research done by using interview, observation and documentation so the researcher can conclude that Effectivenees of Partnership Program in the micro, small and medium enterprise growth has rans effectively and accordance with the objectives of the Partnership Program, all can be proved from the conclusions from each indicator of the effectiveness.the recomendation for Partnership Program PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII is to evaluate the results of the Partnership training program that has been given for for development of micro, small and medium enterprise Pertnership Program, micro, small and medium enterprise also need to be trained for mastery of information technology not only management training, and micro, small and medium enterprise Partnership Program must provide monthly financial reports to PT. ABSTRAK Analisis Efektivitas Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dalam Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (Studi Kasus pada UMKM Sektor Industri Mitra Binaan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII di Unit Usaha Rejosari Lampung Selatan) Oleh MUHAMMAD SYOUGI Salah satu program CSR di BUMN adalah Program Kemitraan. Program Kemitraan di desain khusus untuk perkembangan UMKM untuk dapat bertahan, mandiri dan memiliki keunggulan kompetitif menggunakan dana dari keuntungan BUMN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas dari Program Kemitraan BUMN yang telah dilakukan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Dalam analisis efektivitas Program Kemitraan terdapat dua fokus penelitian: pertama ketepatan dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan BUMN dan yang kedua adalah perkembangan UMKM, dengan sembilan informan, empat orang dari staff PKBL PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII dan lima orang dari UMKM Mitra Binaan. Menurut hasil penelitian yang menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dapat disimpulkan Program Kemitraan BUMN berjalan dengan efektif dalam perkembangan UMKM. Semua itu dapat dibuktikan dari kesimpulan masing-masing fokus penelitian.saran yang dapat diberikan untuk program kemitraan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Adalah untuk mengevaluasi hasil dari pembinaan dan pelatihan yang telah diberikan untuk pengembangan UMKM Mitra Binaan, UMKM perlu untuk diberikan pelatihan teknologi industri dan teknologi informasi bukan hanya pelatihan manajemen, dan UMKM diwajibkan memberikan laporan keuangan tiap bulannya untuk PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII. KATA KUNCI: Efektivitas, Program Kemitraan, UMKM.
