Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Keberadaan kuesioner dapat membantu suatu organisasi atau institusi untuk membantu pengumpulan data. Pengisian kuesioner biasanya dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada beberapa individu tergantung topik yang diinginkan. Pengolahan kuesioner layanan ISO yang tersedia di Jurusan Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lampung masih dilakukan secara semi manual, karena proses perhitungan masih masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Pada penelitian ini terdapat satu inovasi untuk membuat Sistem Pengolahan Kuesioner Berbasis Web yang bertujuan untuk membuat sistem kuesioner secara terkomputerisasi, melakukan perhitungan secara otomatis, melihat grafik hasil, dan melihat laporan kuesioner pada sistem. Sistem Pengolahan Layanan ISO Di Jurusan Ilmu Komputer yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Pengembangan sistem ini mengggunakan metodeWaterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem dapat membuat kuesioner secara terkomputerisasi, dapat melakukan perhitungan secara otomatis, dapat melihat hasil perhitungan dalam bentuk grafik, dapat melihat laporan kuesioner pada sistem. Kata kunci: Kuesioner, Metode Waterfall. ABSTRACT Questionnaire can help an organization or institution meet the data collection. Filling out the questionnaire is usually done by distributing questionnaires to some individuals depending on the topic. ISO service questionnaire processing which available at the Department of Computer Science, University of Lampung is done semi-manually, because the calculation process still uses Microsoft Excel so it takes more time. In this study, there is an innovation to developWeb-Based Questionnaire Processing System in Computer Science Department, University of Lampung (Case Study ISO service questionnaire) which aims to develop a computerized questionnaire system, calculate automatically, show the results graph, and show questionnaire reports on the system. ISO Services Processing System in the Department of Computer Science is developed using PHP programming language. The development of the system uses Waterfall Methods. the results of this study is the system can generate a computerized questionnaire, can calculate automatically, can show the calculation results in graphs, can show reports questionnaire on the system. Key Word: Questionnaire, Waterfall Method.
