Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi variabel kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja karyawan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Keong Nusantara Abadi, Natar Lampung Selatan pada karyawan bagaian Fermentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 64 responden karyawan. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan bagi perusahaan dalam memperhatikan kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja karyawannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan alat uji SPSS 16. Pengujian menggunakan uji R, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, untuk variabel kepuasan kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, variabel loyalitas kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). Dan secara simultan variabel kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Loyalitas Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior. ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS This study aims to analyze the implications of variable job satisfaction and loyalty of employees on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research was conducted at PT Keong Nusantara Abadi, south Lampung Natar employees Fermentation this part. This study used a sample of 64 respondents employees. The benefits of this research are expected to provide inputs for the company to pay attention to job satisfaction and loyalty of its employees work. This type of research used in this research is explanatori. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression techniques by means of SPSS 16. Tests using test R, F test and t test. The results showed that partially, for job satisfaction variables (X1) significant negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, job loyalty variable (X2) significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). And simultaneously variable job satisfaction and employee loyalty significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
