Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pilihan strategi bisnis yang tepat kepada UKM Bengkel Perut berdasarkan Business Model Canvas. Tipe penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pemilihan informan dengan menggunakan snowball sampling. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah pemilik, karyawan dan konsumen UKM Bengkel Perut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dari identifikasi Business Model Canvas ini dapat memberikan pilihan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk UKM Bengkel Perut dimasing-masing elemen. Elemen customer segment perusahaan fokus pada mahasiswa. Elemen value propositions diperlukan peningkatan kenyamanan untuk konsumen. Elemen channel diperlukan cabang usaha baru. Elemen customer relationships perusahaan diperlukan agar karyawan menanggapi konsumen dengan cepat dan ketersediaan fasilitas. Elemen revenue streams UKM Bengkel Perut berasal dari penjualan barang dan jasa. Elemen key resources perusahaan terdiri dari sumber daya fisik, sumber daya intelektual, sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya finansial. Elemen key activities yang dimiliki terletak pada proses produksi. Elemen key partnerships UKM Bengkel Perut berasal dari banyak pemasok, maka diperlukan pemasok tetap dan mitra lain seperti pengusaha EO. Sedangkan elemen terakhir yakni elemen cost structure dari UKM Bengkel Perut terdiri dari biaya tetap, biaya variabel dan biaya semi variabel. Staregi yang tepat untuk UKM Bengkel Perut adalah strategi strengths opportunities. Kata Kunci: Business Model Canvas, Perancangan, Strategi, UKM Bengkel Perut abstract This study aims to provide the right business strategy options to UKM Bengkel Perut based Business Model Canvas. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Informants selection techniques using snowball sampling. Informants of this study is the owner, employees and customers of UKM Bengkel Perut. Data collection techniques used were semi-structured interviews and documentation. The results of the Business Model Canvas identification can provide the right choice of business strategies for UKM Bengkel Perut in the Stomach elements. Elements of corporate customer segment focus on students. Element value propositions necessary to increase convenience for consumers. Channel elements needed new business branches. Element customer company relationships necessary so that employees respond to customers quickly and availability of facilities. Element revenue streams derived from the UKM Bengkel Perut sales of goods and services. Key element of resources company consists of physical resources, intellectual resources, the human resources and financial resources. Owned key element activities lies in the production process. Key elements of the UKM Bengkel Perut partnerships comes from many suppliers, it is necessary to keep suppliers and other partners such as employers EO. While the last element of the cost structure of the elements UKM Bengkel Perut consists of fixed costs, variable costs and semi-variable costs.
