Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 8 Bandarlampung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, kecuali siswa pada kelas unggulan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran TGT tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa secara signifikan. This quasi experimental research aimed to know the influence of TGT learning model towards student’s mathematical problem solving skill. This research design was pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this research was students of grade 8th of SMPN 8 Bandarlampung in academic years of 2013/2014 except students in the excellent class. The samples of this research were taken by purposive sampling technique. The research data were obtained by the test of mathematical problem solving skill. Based on hypothesis test, it was gotten the conclusion that the implementation of TGT learning model did not affect towards student’s mathematical problem solving skill significantly
