Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja mandor dan pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja mandor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dan data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner melalui wawancara langsung kepada responden yang sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai literatur dan instansi terkait. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2013. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verivikatif dengan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kinerja mandor sadap sudah baik, 2) pengetahuan, keterampilan, motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mandor secara simultan sedangkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mandor sadap di PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) Unit Usaha Kedaton dan Unit Usaha Way Berulu secara parsial. Kata kunci: Kinerja, Keterampilan , Kompensasi , Pengetahuan, dan Motivasi. ABSTRAK INGGRIS The aims of this research are to determine the performance of rubber tapping supervisors and the influence of their knowledge, skills, motivation, and compensation on the performance of the supervisors. This research was a census method and used primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained from direct interviews using questionnaires, the validity and reliability of which have been analyzed. Secondary data were obtained from literatures and related agencies. Data collection was conducted from August to September 2013. The data was analyzed descriptively and verificatively using double linier regression. The results showed that: ( 1 ) performance of the rubber tapping supervisors in Nusantara VII Plantation (Persero) Kedaton and Way Berulu Unit Businesses was good, (2) knowledge, skills, motivation, and compensation influenced the performance of the supervisors simultaneously, while knowledge, skills, and motivation influenced the performance of the supervisors partially.
