Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan pada agen AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Tanjung Karang. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe eksplanatori, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 18.0 Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diketahui secara parsial bahwa stress kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dilihat berdasarkan hasil uji t dimana t hitung < t tabel yaitu 0.954 < 2.014, dan semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana t hitung > t tabel yaitu sebesar 2.281 > 2.014. Sementara itu, stress kerja dan semangat kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan F hitung > F tabel yaitu sebesar 5.949 > 4.052 sesuai dengan hasil yang diperoleh melalui uji F. Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Semangat Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT The aimed of this research was to detect the influence of work stress and work spirit towards employee performance partially or simultaneous in agen AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Tanjung Karang. Research type used explanatory, while sample taking technique used sampling satisfied as many as 48 respondents. Data analysis used doubled linear regression by using SPSS 18.0. Based on regression’s result analysis, known partially that work stress did not influential significant towards employee performance which thitung < ttable with value 0.954 < 2.014 work spirit has significant influence towards employee performance thitung > ttabel with value 2.281 > 2.014. Meanwhile, work stress and work spirit influence as F hitung > F tabel which value 5.949 > 4.052 simultaneously towards employee performance 5.949.
