Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Osteoartritis merupakan penyakit degeneratif sendi yang sering ditemukan di Indonesia. Osteoarthritis memiliki keluhan utama berupa rasa nyeri. Intensitas nyeri yang semakin tinggi maka akan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pada pasien osteoarthritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar intensitas nyeri dan kualitas hidup pada pasien osteoartritis . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional yang dilakukan pada pasien osteoartritis pada poli otropedi di RSUD Dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung pada bulan November 2014 dengan sampel sebesar 51 responden diambil secara consecutive sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 51 responden diperoleh nilai intensitas nyeri paling banyak di skala 6 yaitu nyeri sedang sebanyak 41,2 %. Pada nilai rata-rata kualitas hidup responden 4,21, dan diperoleh p value 0,015 yang menunjukan bahwa korelasi antara intensitas nyeri dengan kualitas hidup adalah bermakna. Dimana nilai korelasinya 0,338 (r = 0,338) menunjukan bahwa arah korelasi positif dengan kekuatan korelasi yang lemah. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara intensitas nyeri dan kualitas hidup pada pasien osteoartritis pada poli otropedi di RSUD Dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci : intensitas nyeri, kualitas hidup, osteoarthritis ABSTRACT Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease that is often founded in Indonesia. Osteoarthritis has a major complaint of pain. Higher pain intensity will affect the quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between pain intensity and quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis. Thes research methods was a cross-sectional of performd in patients with osteoarthritis of the poly otropedi in Hospital Dr A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in November 2014 with a sample of 51 respondents taken by consecutive sampling. The statistic analysis with spearman. The results showed that of the 51 respondents pain intensity values obtained at most in scale 6 is moderate pain as much as 41.2%. On average value of the quality of life of respondents 4.21, and obtained p value 0.015 which indicated that the correlation between the intensity of pain and quality of life was significant. Where the value of the correlation 0.338 (r = 0.338) indicated that the direction of a positive correlation with the strength of a weak correlation. From this study it can be concluded that there was a relationship between pain intensity and quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis of the poly otropedi in Hospital Dr A.
