ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi luas pengungkapan good corporate governance dalam laporan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemilikan saham dispersi, ukuran perusahaan, umur listing perusahaan dan kualitas audit. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2011–2013. Sebanyak 65 perusahaan digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Terdapat 105 item pengungkapan untuk mendeteksi tingkat pengungkapan corporate governance. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap luas pengungkapan corporate governance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap luas pengungkapan good corporate governance adalah kepemilikan saham dispersi, ukuran perusahaan dan kualitas audit. Tetapi variabel umur listing perusahaan menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan yang memiliki arah hubungan negatif pada tingkat pengungkapan corporate governance. Kata kunci: Corporate Governance, Kepemilikan Saham Dispersi, Ukuran Perusahaan, Umur Listing Perusahaan, Kualitas Audit ABSTRACK This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect the broad disclosure of corporate governance in the annual report companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Factors that were tested in this study is the dispersion of the share ownership, firm size, company listing age and quality of the audit. Collecting data is using purposive sampling method on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2011-2013. A total of 65 companies are used as samples in this study. There are 105 items of disclosure to detect the level of corporate governnce disclosure. This study used multiple regression to examine the factors that affect the broad disclosure of corporate governance. The result showed that the independent variables significantly affect the broad disclosure of corporate governance is the dispersion of the share ownership, firm size and audit quality. But the age listing variable shows the company that has significant influence on the direction of a negative correlation level of corporate governance disclosure.
