Abstract
ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KESEMPATAN KERJA DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN TAHUN 2003-2012 Oleh LEVY LEONALDI ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel upah minimum kabupaten, produk domestik regional bruto, dan ekspor terhadap kesempatan kerja. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode kuadrat terkecil (Ordinary Least Square). Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series tahunan yang diperoleh dari BPS Lampung Selatan dan Disnakertrans Lampung Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil regresi Ordinary Least Square, dapat diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel produk domestik regional bruto dan ekspor memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja di Lampung Selatan. Sedangkan variabel upah minimum kabupaten memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja di Lampung Selatan. Serta secara bersama-sama dan signifikan seluruh variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh terhadap kesempatan kerja di Lampung Selatan. Kata Kunci : kesempatan kerja, upah minimum kabupaten, produk domestik regional bruto, ekspor, Ordinary Least Square. ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE EMPLOYMENT IN THE DISTRICT OF SOUTH LAMPUNG 2003-2012 by LEVY LEONALDI ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the minimum wage variable district, regional gross domestic product, and exports on employment. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis model with the method of least squares (Ordinary Least Square). This study uses annual time series data obtained from Statistics South Lampung and South Lampung Manpower. Based on the results of ordinary least square regression, it is known that in partial regional gross domestic product and exports a significant positive impact on employment in South Lampung. While the minimum wage variable districts and a significant negative impact on employment in South Lampung. And jointly and significant all variables used in this study affect the employment opportunities in South Lampung.
