Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan jenis kotoran ternak yang tepat untuk pengomposan kulit kopi sehingga diperoleh kualitas kompos sesuai standar SNI dalam waktu relatif singkat. Setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari campuran kulit kopi kering dengan kotoran ternak ( ayam, kambing, sapi ) dengan berat total 450 kg, pengomposan dilakukan selama 40 hari dan dibalik untuk proses aerasi setiap 10 hari sekali. Percobaan diulang 3 kali, pengukuran suhu dilakukan setiap hari pengomposan, pengamatan terhadap warna, bau, dan tekstur setiap 10 hari sekali. Rasio C/N, senyawa C-Organik, N-total, pH, kadar air diamati pada awal dan akhir pengomposan. Pada awal pengomposan yang terbaik dilakukan analisis lanjut kandungan P dan K. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompos kulit kopi yang dibuat dengan penambahan kotoran ternak kambing selama 40 hari pengomposan C-organik 11,72%, N total 1,93%, rasio C/N 6,07, pH 6,52, Kadar Air 60,20%, P2O5 0,29%, K2O 1,49%, warna hitam, berbau khas tanah, dan bertekstur remah, sesuai dalam standar SNI 19-7030-2004 kecuali kadar air. Kata kunci : kompos, kulit kopi kering, kotoran ternak, aerasi ABSTRACT This study aims to got kind of animal waste composition for leather coffee composting in order to compatible of SNI standards in shortime. Each experimental unit consisted of mix leather coffee with animal waste ( chicken, goat, and neat ) the amount 450 kg composting for 40 days reversed for aeration 10 days. Experiment repeated 3 times and daily temperature, colour, smell, texture was observed 10 days. Ratio of C/N, C-organic compound, N-total, pH, water content was observed in early and end of composting. The best threatment to be observed composition of P and K elements. The result showed leather coffe compost was made by animals waste addition such as from goat for 40 days of composting, C-organic compound 11.72%, N-total 1.93%, C / N ratio 6.07, pH 6.52, Moisture 60, 20%, P2O5 0.29%, 1.49% K2O, black color, distinctive smell the soil, and textured crumb, suitable to SNI standards 19-7030-2004 except water content.
