Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi penjual ikan terhadap keadaan bersih dan kotor di tempat pelelangan ikan Lempasing. Penelitian dilakukan pada penjual ikan di tempat pelelangan ikan Lempasing. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan terdiri dari 4 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Ekologi Budaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa makna bersih dan kotor bagi penjual ikan pada pandangan medis itu berbeda. Meskipun secara umum penjual ikan mengetahui bersih itu adalah higienis dan tidak kotor, tidak terdapat sampah yang berserakan dan tidak terdapat vektor pembawa wabah penyakit. tetapi mereka tidak melakukannya. Menurut standar kesehatan medis, karena bagi mereka selama mereka tidak jatuh sakit maka tidak menjadi masalah serius. Kata kunci : Persepsi, Bersih, Kotor dan Ekologi Budaya. abstract This study aims to determine the perception of the state fishmonger clean and dirty at the fish auction Lempasing. The study was conducted on a fishmonger at the fish auction Lempasing. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Informants consisted of 4 people. This study uses the theory of Cultural Ecology. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of clean and dirty for the fish sellers on the medical view is different. Although in general the fishmonger know it is hygienically clean and not dirty, there are no garbage strewn and there are no outbreaks of disease vectors. but they did not. By the standards of medical health, because for them as long as they do not fall sick then it becomes a serious problem. Keywords: Perception, Net, Gross and Cultural Ecology.
