Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh: 1) konsep diri terhadap kompetensi paedagogik guru, 2) motivasi berprestasi terhadap kompetensi paedagogik guru, 3) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi paedagogik guru, serta 4) konsep diri, motivasi berprestasi dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah secara simultan terhadap kompetensi paedagogik guru SMP di Kecamatan Tanjung Raya Mesuji. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 110 dari 152 guru yang mengajar di SMP di Kecamatan Tanjung Raya Mesuji. Data diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasional dan regresi baik secara sederhana maupun ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan korelasi Product Moment dan korelasi ganda, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara konsep diri terhadap kompetensi paedagogik guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik konsep diri guru maka semakin baik pula kompetensi paedagogiknya, 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kompetensi paedagogik guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik motivasi berprestasi guru maka semakin baik pula kompetensi paedagogiknya, 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi paedagogik guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik supervisi akademik kepala sekolah maka semakin baik pula kompetensi paedagogik guru, 4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara konsep diri, motivasi berprestasi dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi paedagogik guru, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik konsep diri dan motivasi berprestasi guru serta persepsi guru mengenai supervisi akademik kepala sekolah maka semakin baik pula kompetensi paedagogiknya. Kata kunci: konsep diri, motivasi berprestasi, supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan kompetensi paedagogik guru The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the influence between: 1) self concept toward paedagogic competence of teachers, 2) achievement motivation toward paedagogic competence of teachers, 3) academic supervision of principal toward paedagogic competence of teachers, also 4) self concept, achievement motivation and academic supervision of principal simultaneously toward paedagogic competence of teachers on junior high schools in Tanjung Raya district in Mesuji. The kind of this research is quantitative by using method of ex post facto. The samples use Slovin formula as much 110 from 152 teachers who teach on junior high schools in Tanjung Raya district in Mesuji. Data are obtained from questionnaire and documentation, then analyzed by used correlational technique and regression both simple and double. Hypothesis test is done by Product Moment correlation and double correlation, which have been done before with normality and homogeneity test. The results of this research are: 1) there is positive influence between self concept toward paedagogic competence of teachers, it means that getting better self concept of teachers, the paedagogic competence of teachers will be better too, 2) there is positive influence between achievement motivation toward paedagogic competence of teachers, it means that getting better achievement motivation of teachers, the paedagogic competence of teachers will be better too 3) there is positive influence between academic supervision of principal toward paedagogic competence of teachers, it means that getting better academic supervision of principal, the paedagogic competence of teachers will be better too, also 4) there is positive influence between self concept, achievement motivation and academic supervision of principal toward paedagogic competence of teachers, it means that getting better self concept, achievement motivation of teachers and teachers perception about academic supervision of principal, the paedagogic competence of teachers will be better too.
