Abstract
INDONESIA Salah satu upaya untuk menjawab masalah dalam lapangan kerja dan angkatan kerja adalah melalui pengembangan Usaha mikro, kecil dan Menengah(UMKM). Kecamatan Kalirejo yang terletak di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah memiliki potensi industri salah satunya industri genteng. Tinggi nya tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk membuat kebutuhan akan pemukiman semakin meningkat. Dimana pemukiman merupakan salah satu kebutuhan penting disamping kebutuhan akan pangan dan sandang, hal ini yang membuat permintaan akan bahan bangunan mengalami peningkatan. Genteng sebagai salah satu bahan pokok dalam pembuatan sebuah pemukiman mendapat dampak positif dari adanya peningkatan permintaan pemukiman tersebut sehingga permintaan akan genteng mengalami peningkatan dan kemajuan di beberapa daerah. Sulitnya mencari lapangan pekerjaan dan kurangnya keahlian atau keterampilan yang dimiliki menjadi salah satu alasan sebagian masyarakat desa bekerja di industri genteng. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel upah , harga output dan pengalaman kerja terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Kecamatan Kalirejo. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda untuk menghitung dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh upah pekerja, harga output dan pengalaman kerja terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri genteng di Kecamatan Kalirejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Dari hasil perhitungan estimasi diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap permintaan tenaga kerja sebesar 80,4% dan sisanya sebesar 19,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Kalirejo subdistrict located in Central Lampung has potential industrial one tile industries . The increase of population growth will also increase a need for housing. Need for housing is one of the essential requirements in addition to the need for food and clothing , it makes the demand for building materials has increased . Roof tiles tile as one of the principal ingredients in the manufacture of a settlement received a positive impact of an increase in demand for these settlements that have increased the demand for tiles and progress in some areas . The difficulty of finding a job and a lack of expertise or skills possessed one of the reasons most of the villagers work in the tile industry . This study was aimed to know the effect of a variable wage rates, output and work experience of the labor absorption in Kalirejo . In this study using multiple linear analysis to calculate and analyze how much influence wages , output prices and work experience in the labor market in the tile industry in the District Kalirejo Central Lampung regency . Estimates obtained from the calculation results that these variables jointly affect the demand for labor by 80.4 % and the remaining 19.6 % is influenced by other variables outside of research.
