Abstract
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien yang mempengaruhi permintaan jasa layanan kesehatan di RSUD Kota Bekasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang melakukan kunjungan ke RSUD Kota Bekasi berupa rawat jalan dan rawat inap pada tahun 2013. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pasien yang mempengaruhi permintaan layanan kesehatan yang ada di RSUD Kota Bekasi pada tahun 2013 bisa dijelaskan bahwa variabel pendapatan, biaya alternatif, pendidikan, kualitas pelayanan dan total sakit 3 bulan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan jasa layanan kesehatan di RSUD Kota Bekasi sedangkan biaya kunjungan dan jarak tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan jasa layanan kesehatan di RSUD Kota Bekasi. Kata Kunci : pendapatan, biaya kunjungan, biaya alternatif, pendidikan, kualitas pelayanan, total sakit 3 bulan, dan jarak. ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS This research is aiming to know about influence characteristic of influencing patient medical service demand in Local hospital of Bekasi City. This research object is people that has visiting to Local Hospital of Bekasi city, it’s kind of outpatient or hospitalization in 2013. Database in this research is using primary database. The results showed that the patient characteristics that affect the demand for health services that exist in Bekasi City Hospital in 2013 can be explained that the income variable, the cost of alternatives, education, quality of care and total hospital 3 months significantly influence the demand for health care services in hospitals Bekasi while the cost of the visit and the distance does not significantly influence the demand for health care services in hospitals Bekasi. Key words : income, visit cost, alternative cost, education, service quality, 3 month hospitalization and distance
