Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Faringitis akut adalah infeksi faring yang disebabkan oleh virus atau bakteri. Menurut data dinas kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung, faringitis akut termasuk kedalam sepuluh besar penyakit terbanyak di Bandar Lampung dalam periode Januari−Mei 2014. Peresepan obat rasional merupakan peresepan obat yang jelas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasien. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kesesuaian peresepan penyakit faringitis akut dengan standar pengobatan dasar di Puskesmas tahun 2007. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian retrospektif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Simpur Bandar Lampung dan subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh data peresepan penyakit faringitis akut dimana teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (non probability sampling) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 peresepan dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober−November. Hasil penelitian terdapat kesesuaian jenis obat antibiotik dan simptomatik 100%, kesesuaian dosis obat antibiotik 65,62% simptomatik 61,17% dan kesesuaian lama pemberian obat antibiotik 0% simptomatik 100%. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat kesesuaian jenis obat antibiotik dan simptomatik, ketidaksesuaian dosis obat antibiotik dan simptomatik, serta ketidaksesuaian lama pemberian obat antibiotik dan kesesuaian lama pemberian obat simptomatik. Kata kunci: faringitis akut, peresepan obat, standar pengobatan ABSTRACT Acute pharyngitis is the pharyngeal infections caused by viruses or bacteria. According to data from the health department of Bandar Lampung, acute pharyngitis included into the top ten diseases in Bandar Lampung in the period January-May 2014. Rational drug prescribing is a prescription drug that is clear and appropriate to the needs of the patient. Therefore the aim of this study is to look at the appropriateness of prescribing acute pharyngitis disease with a standard basic treatment at the health center in 2007. This study was a retrospective study using secondary data from medical records. Research conducted at the health center Simpur Bandar Lampung and subject of this study was the entire data prescribing acute pharyngitis disease where the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique (non-probability sampling) with a total sample of 96 prescribing and conducted in October-November. The results of the study were the suitability of antibiotics and symptomatic of 100%, the suitability of the drug dose antibiotics 65.62% and 61.17% symptomatic and suitability duration of antibiotics 0% and 100% symptomatic. The study showed the suitability of antibiotics and symptomatic, unsuitability dose antibiotics and symptomatic drugs, and unsuitability duration of antibiotics and suitability duration of symptomatic drugs.
