Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan kesiapan kerja di kalangan siswa SMK yang dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya self efficacy, keterbatasan informasi pekerjaan, dan kurangnya motivasi memasuki dunia kerja. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menghambat transisi siswa dari dunia pendidikan ke dunia kerja. Self efficacy, informasi pekerjaan, dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja diperkirakan memengaruhi kesiapan kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy, informasi pekerjaan, dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMKN 1 Metro, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto dan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMKN 1 Metro sebanyak 83 siswa yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji F yang diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial self efficacy, informasi pekerjaan, dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan self efficacy, perluasan akses informasi pekerjaan, dan penguatan motivasi dapat meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. This study is motivated by the existence of a gap in work readiness among vocational high school students, which is influenced by low self-efficacy, limited job information, and a lack of motivation to enter the workforce. These conditions have the potential to hinder students’ transition from the educational environment to the world of work. Self-efficacy, job information, and motivation to enter the workforce are presumed to affect work readiness both partially and simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of self-efficacy, job information, and motivation to enter the workforce on the work readiness of twelfth-grade students at SMKN 1 Metro, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a descriptive verificative method with an ex post facto and survey research design. The research population consists of all twelfth-grade students at SMKN 1 Metro, totaling 83 students, determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-tests and F-tests processed using the SPSS program. The results show that partially, selfefficacy, job information, and motivation to enter the workforce each have a positive and significant effect on students’ work readiness. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a positive and significant effect on work readiness. This indicates that improving self-efficacy, expanding access to job information, and strengthening motivation can enhance the work readiness of vocational high school students.
