Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance, leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2010-2012. Sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan data panel yang menggunakan alat uji statistik Eviews 7. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penjelasan oleh variasi dari lima variabel independen tersebut terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 20%, sedangkan sisanya 80% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance, leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance dan leverage secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan corporate social responsibility, ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Nilai Perusahaan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, leverage, firm size and dividend policy on firm value. The sample in this research consisted of 20 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2010-2012. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with panel data approach that uses statistical test equipment Eviews 7. The results of this research showed that the ability of explanation by the variation of the five independent variables on firm value by 20%, while the remaining 80% are influenced by other factors outside of this research. F test result showed that the corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, leverage, firm size and dividend policy simultaneously significant effect on firm value. T test results showed that the good corporate governance and leverage partially significant effect on firm value, while corporate social responsibility, firm size and dividend policy partially not significant effect on firm value.
