Abstract

ABSTRAK Berbicara tentang penjara di Indonesia, dewasa ini kita mengenal istilah Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS). Lembaga Pemasyarakatan adalah tempat pembinaan bagi narapidana atau orang-orang yang melakukan kejahatan. Pembinaan tersebut berupa bimbingan moral yaitu pembentukan etika dan hubungan sesama dengan narapidana. Pada proses pembinaan, komunikasi yang mudah dimengerti merupakan salah satu keahlian yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang petugas yang akan memberikan pembinaan terhadap narapidana pada suatu lembaga pemasyarakatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peranan komunikasi antarpribadi petugas lapas dengan narapidana dalam membentuk sikap positif bagi para narapidana kedepannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive (disengaja) yaitu jumlah informan 6 orang. Teori komunikasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sudut pandang humanistik yakni keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukungan, sikap positif dan kesetaraan serta teori perubahan sikap yang dikemukakan oleh Kelman yakni yaitu kesediaan (compliance), identifikasi (identification), dan internalisasi (internalization). Dengan penggalian informasi berupa wawancara terhadap informan, observasi dan studi pustaka. Didapat bahwa kualitas komunikasi antarpribadi yang baik ditambah adanya peranan dari fungsi proses sosial yang terjalin antara petugas dan narapidana, mampu membantu dalam proses pembentukan sikap positif narapidana, guna membentuk bagian dari masyarakat yang baik, bermoral dan berdedikasi tinggi bagi kehidupannya. Kata Kunci : Aspek Humanistik, Teori Perubahan Sikap Kelman, Pembentukan Sikap ABSTRACT Talking about prison in indonesia , today we know the term a penal institution ( lapas ) .A correctional institution is a place guidance for an inmate or the workers of iniquity .The guidance in the form of moral guidance that is the formation of ethics and relations fellow by a convict .To the process of guidance , communication that easily understandable is one of his that must be controlled by an officer who will provide guidance on an inmate at a a correctional institution .The purpose of this research is described the role of communication interpersonal officers by a convict in forming positiveness for prison inmates away .This study using methods qualitative descriptive .Informants in this research taken with using a technique ( deliberate) purposive which is the number of informants 6 people . Communication theory in this research adopting both the perspective of humanistic namely openness , empathy , support attitude , positive attitude and a change in attitude and equality theory put forward by kelman namely that is the willingness , identification , and internalization .To seek out new information in the form of interviewing informants , observation and the literature study .Where that the quality of a good communication interpersonal compounded by the role of the social process of the functions which is interwoven between the officers inmate and , able to help in the process of forming positiveness convicts , in order to form a good part of the society , licentious and dedicated high for her life .Keywords : The aspect of humanistic, the theory of a change in attitude kelman, the formation of attitude
