Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Peningkatan kinerja individu atau pegawai pada suatu organisasi sangat dibutuhkan. Diantara banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, faktor kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja ialah faktor yang lebih diperhatikan. Kinerja yang menjadi sorotan publik saat ini tak dipungkiri ialah kinerja para pegawai publik. Salah satunya ialah kinerja Petugas Lapangan Keluarga Berencana (PLKB) pada Badan Koordinasi Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan (BKKB-PP) Kota Bandar Lampung. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data yaitu editing, koding dan tabulasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji korelasi, uji regresi dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat, r hitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan r , baik itu variabel kepemimpinan (0,459 > 0,3903) maupun variabel motivasi kerja (0,671 > 0,3903). Artinya, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja PLKB, dengan demikian semakin baik kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai. Besarnya nilai koefisien regresi yang diperoleh pada pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja PLKB Kota Bandar Lampung yaitu sebesar 0,682 atau 68,2% dan berada pada kategori kuat. Among many factors that affect performance, leadership and motivation factors are most considered factors. Performance in the public spotlight no doubt needed for public employees. One is the performance of family planning officer (PLKB) at Badan Koordinasi Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan (BKKB-PP) Bandar Lampung. This research type used explanatory using quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data processing techniques used were editing, coding and tabulation. Data analysis technique used were correlation, regression and hypothesis testing. From the results obtained, r count is greater than the r table, leadership variables (0.459> 0.3903) and motivation variable (0.671> 0.3903). There was a positive relationship between leadership and motivation on the performance of PLKB, therefore, they were better leadership and motivation, they would be as good as the performance of employees. The value of the coefficient of regression obtained in the variable influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of PLKB Bandar Lampung is equal to 0,682 or 68,2% and was the strong category.
