Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis ekspektasi guru terhadap program pengembangan profesi guru di MI Miftahul Jannah dan MI Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung, dengan subfokus penelitian (1) Ekspektasi guru terhadap perencanaan pada program pengembangan profesi guru; (2) Ekspektasi guru terhadap pengorganisasian pada program pengembangan profesi guru; (3) Ekspektasi guru terhadap pelaksanaan pada program pengembangan profesi guru: (4) Ekspektasi guru terhadap pengawasan pada program pengembangan profesi guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sumber data terdiri atas pengawas sekolah, yayasan, kepala sekolah dan guru di MI Miftahul Jannah dan MI Al-Munawaroh Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian: (1) Perencanaan pada program pengembangan profesi guru telah terlaksana tetapi kurang terencana secara optimal, materi yang diberikan kurang relevan, proses penyampaian materi kurang efektif dan hasil yang dicapai belum optimal; (2) Pengorganisasian pada program pengembangan profesi guru sudah terlaksana, pihak-pihak pelaksana program pengembangan profesi guru telah mempunyai kesesuaian antara tugas dengan latar belakang pendidikan/keahlian, tetapi pada pelaksanaannya kurang bekerja sama dan pelaksanaanya kurang memenuhi standar operasional prosedur; (3) Pelaksanaan pada program pengembangan profesi guru telah terlaksana tetapi tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dari rencana yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya; (4) Pengawasan pada program pengembangan profesi guru terlaksana tetapi kurang optimal, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dari program kurang berjalan secara optimal. Kata kunci: Ekspektasi, Guru, Program Pengembangan Profesi ABSTRACT This research aims to describe and analyze teachers' expectation towards teachers proffesion development program at MI Miftahul Jannah and MI Al- Munawarrah Bandar Lampung, through subfocus research : (1) Teachers' expectation towards planning of teachers' profession development program, (2) Teachers' expectation towards organization of teachers' profession development program; (3) Teachers' expectation towards implementation of teachers' profession development program; (4) Teachers' expectation towards evaluation of teachers' profession development program. Method of research used qualitative approach by case study design. To collect the data used interview, documentation and observation. Data resources consists of school supervisor, headmaster and teacher at MI Miftahul Jannah and MI AL- Munawarrah Bandar Lampung. Result of research are : (1) planning of teachers' profession development program has implemented but lack of relevance to material, process of giving material is not effective and the result is not maximum. (2) organization of teachers' profession development program has applied by organizer from teachers' profession development program has been relevance to duty and education background or skill but in implementation does not cooperate each others and also does not fill procedure operational standard. (3) implementation of teachers' profession development program has applied but some of planning are not relevance to previous design. (4) Supervisor of teachers' profession development program has implemented but it is not maximum, evaluation and solution program is not optimal.
