Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Era globalisasi dan pasar bebas membuat perguruan tinggi menata diri dengan menerapkan taraf berstandar internasional untuk menjamin kualitas pendidikan. Selain standar internasional, perguruan tinggi sebagai penghasil sumber daya manusia juga diminta menerapkan penjaminan mutu dari badan sertifikasi di luar institusi. Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lampung telah mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen Mutu Internasional Standar Organisasi (SMM ISO 9001:2008) dan memperoleh sertifikat dari lembaga independen. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memberikan deskripsi tentang Implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu Internasional Standar Organisasi (SMM ISO 9001:2008) di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lampung belum optimal, bernuansa politis dan tidak sesuai dengan realisasinya karena tingkat kepuasan pelanggan atau mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen dan layanan administrasi Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lampung dilihat dari indeks sasaran belum mencapai target yang telah ditentukan. Besides international standards, college as producer of human resources are also asked apply insurance the quality of from the certification outside institutions. Law Schools University Lampung had implemented a quality management system international standard organization (SMM ISO 9001:2008) and obtain certificates of the independent institutions. Purpose of this study is to find and give a description of on the implementation of SMM ISO 9001:2008 Law Lampung University. Methods used in this study in a descriptive with a qualitative approach. Using techniques data collection observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research concluded that the implementation of a quality management system international standard organization (SMM ISO 9001:2008) Law University Lampung not yet optimal, nuance political reasons and not in accordance with their realization the customer satisfaction or student on performance lecturer and administration services Law Schools University Lampung seen of the index target have not reached the target.
