Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh insentif dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai SKPKD. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah insentif, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Satuan Kerja Pengelola Keuangan Daerah (SKPKD) kabupaten kota di Propinsi Lampung. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner. Dari 140 kuisioner yang disebar kepada staff pada masing-masing bagian dalam SKPKD kabupaten kota di Propinsi Lampung, sebanyak 122 kuisioner yang kembali dan dapat diolah. Model analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi software SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel insentif dan disiplin kerja pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SKPKD. Kata kunci : Insentif, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai. Abstract This study aimed to examine the effect of incentives and discipline to employee performance SKPKD. The factors tested in this study incentives and discipline for employee performance..The population in this study is the Regional Finance Management Unit (SKPKD) city district in Lampung province. The primary data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires. Of the 140 questionnaires that were distributed to staff at each of the inner city districts SKPKD in Lampung province, as many as 122 questionnaires were returned and processed. Models using multiple linear regression analysis with application software SPSS 17. The results of this study indicate that the variable incentive and discipline positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at SKPKD.
