Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Pemekaran Kelurahan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pelayanan pubik salah satunya adalah pelayanan kependudukan kepada masyarakat. Pemekaran ini juga menimbulkan dampak kepada masyarakat yaitu kepuasan terhadap pelyanan kependudukan dan ketidakpuasan terhadap pelayanan kependudukan. Kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kependudukan timbul apabila aparatur pemerintah mampu memberikan prosedur yang jelas, kualitas yang baik terhadap pelayanan serta biaya pelayanan terjangkau. Ketidakpuasan masyarakat timbul akibat aparatur pemerintah memberikan pelayanan yang tidak baik, prosedur yang tidak jelas serta tidak ada kejelasan tentang biaya pelayanan. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Pengaruh Pemekaran Kelurahan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelayanan Kependudukan? Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data yaitu editing, tabulasi, koding dan interpretasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji korelasi dan uji regresi. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara pemekaran kelurahan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan kependudukan yang berdasarkan atas perhitungan t hitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan t tabel untuk Kelurahan Kota Sepang sebesar (6.447> 1.669) dan Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Raya sebesar (10.700>1.617). Berdasarkan perhitungan Korelasi Product Moment di peroleh sebesar 0, 767 untuk Kelurahan Kota sepang dan Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Raya sebesar 0, 803 pada Posisi Kuat dan sangat Kuat. Artinya perubahan pemekaran kelurahan mempunyai pengaruh searah terhadap perubahan kepuasan pelayanan kependudukan. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor salah satunya indikator yang terdapat pada variabel kepuasan pelayanan kependudukan yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan dan Suasana Emosional. Kata kunci : Pemekaran Kelurahan, Kepuasan pelayanan kependudukan.. ABSTRAK Village Redistricting has purpose to make public services become easily. One of them is demography service to Citizen. This Redistricting also makes the effect citizen such as. Satisfication towards the demography service and unsatisfication towards the demography service. Citizen satisficaton towards the demography service appear is Government can give a clear procedur, a good quality towards the service and also the services cost still reached by the citizen. Citizen unsatification can appear because government can not give a best services, unclear procedur and also there is no a clear information about the services cost. Problem formulation in this research is how the Village Redistricting Influence the Satisfaction of Civilization Service? The type of this research was explanatory research with the quantitative method. The data collection techniques used in this research were quisionaire and documentation. The data was analyzed by editting, tabulating, coding, and interpreting. While, the data analysis techniques used were correlation and regretion test. The result of this hypothesis is that there is a positive correlation between the redistricting of the civil service satisfaction based on the calculation of t is greater than t table for Village Sepang City of ( 6447 > 1669 ) and the village of Labuan Ratu ( 10,700 > 1,617 ) . Based on the calculation of Product Moment Correlation, it was obtained at 0 , 767 to the Village Town and Village Sepang Labuan Ratu Raya of 0, 803 in Strong Position and very Strong . This means that changes in the direction of redistricting of villages have an influence on service satisfaction demographic changes that are influenced by various factors one of the indicators contained in the settlement service satisfaction variables namely Emotional Quality of Service and Atmosphere.
