B.INGGRIS Mystical phenomenon more evident with the increasing proliferation of television programs with mystical themes lately appeared like mushrooms in the rainy season. Noted there are at least three (3) categories of television programs with Mystical theme that gives color to the overall private television program. The first category included in the group show soap opera with a mystical theme, both fall into the category of mystical infotainment group, and the third category is a group of local or foreign films either glow or off. The purpose of the study is to examine and analyze the shift of public confidence in the teaching village watched program on things mystical mystique (study television program Two Worlds Trans7). This type of research is descriptive research. The study focused on the analysis of the shift of public confidence in the Teaching Village mystical things (Studies Programs Other World Television Trans7). Data analysis was performed using descriptive qualitative analysis. Qualitative descriptive analysis is analysis that describes in detail, by interpretation of the data obtained through a theoretical approach. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be some conclusions as follows kepercayaaan shift that occurred in the informant where the informant is becoming increasingly afraid to watch the show, resulting in a change in the attitude of the informants, with the fear of informants on the show resulted in a shift in belief change. This shift can be increased, or the brave informant or informants so-called declining feel mediocre so-called neutral. Therefore this shift depends on the self confidence of each community in response to matters relating to the mystique. The impact of television programs mystique to shift public confidence in the Teaching Village mysticism is the cognitive impact of a person's or community's ability to absorb and understand the televised events that gave birth to the knowledge society, the society faced impersonation impact on the actual trendy televised and the impact of the behavior of the embedded socio-cultural values that have aired television show that is applied in everyday life. Based on the above conclusion, it can be given some suggestions, among others, people are expected to remain on good faith and rational to the mystical things are aired by television, so that the negative impact of these impressions in a minimized by society. It is expected that the management of the television broadcasting more wise in giving impressions that educates primarily an important event to be presented to the community, not necessarily important and interesting for the community itself. Basically television broadcast an event is required by the community in order to provide value to the community's satisfaction. B.INDONESIA Fenomena mistik semakin nyata dengan bertambah maraknya program tayangan televisi dengan tema-tema mistik akhir-akhir ini muncul bagaikan jamur di musim hujan. Tercatat paling tidak ada 3 (tiga) kategori program tayangan televisi dengan tema Mistik yang memberikan warna pada keseluruhan program televisi swasta. Kategori pertama masuk dalam kelompok tayangan sinetron dengan tema mistik, kategori kedua masuk dalam kelompok infotainment mistik, dan kategori ketiga adalah kelompok film lokal atau manca negara baik yang berseri atau lepas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pergeseran kepercayaan masyarakat kelurahan Pengajaran dalam menonton program acara mistik pada hal-hal mistik (studi program acara televisi Dua Dunia di Trans7). Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian difokuskan pada analisis pergeseran kepercayaan masyarakat Kelurahan Pengajaran dalam menonton program acara mistik pada hal-hal mistik (Studi Program Acara Televisi Dua Dunia di Trans7). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif adalah analisis yang menggambarkan secara rinci, dengan melakukan interpretasi terhadap data yang diperoleh melalui pendekatan teoritis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut pergeseran kepercayaaan yang terjadi pada informan adalah dimana informan menjadi semakin takut dengan menonton tayangan tersebut, sehingga terjadi perubahan sikap informan, dengan semakin takutnya informan pada tayangan tersebut menghasilkan suatu perubahan pergeseran kepercayaan. Pergeseran tersebut dapat meningkat, atau informan semakin berani sehingga disebut menurun atau informan merasa biasa-biasa saja sehingga disebut netral. Oleh karena itu pergeseran kepercayaan ini tergantung dari diri masing-masing masyarakat dalam menganggapi hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan mistik. analisis pergeseran kepercayaan masyarakat Kelurahan Pengajaran dalam menonton program acara mistik pada hal-hal mistik adalah dampak kognitif yaitu kemampuan seseorang atau masyarakat untuk menyerap dan memahami acara yang ditayangkan televisi yang melahirkan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat, dampak peniruan yaitu masyarakat dihadapkan pada trendi aktual yang ditayangkan televisi serta Dampak perilaku yaitu proses tertanamnya nilai-nilai sosial budaya yang telah ditayangkan acara televisi yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehar-hari. Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas, maka dapat diberikan beberapa saran antara lain masyarakat diharapkan tetap pada kepercayaan yang baik dan rasional terhadap hal- hal mistik yang ditayangkan oleh televisi, sehingga dampak negatif dari tayangan tersebut dalam diminimalisir oleh masyarakat. Diharapkan pada manajemen penyiaran televisi lebih arif dalam memberikan tayangan yang mendidik terutama suatu acara yang penting untuk disajikan bagi masyarakat, belum tentu penting dan menarik bagi masyarakat itu sendiri. Pada dasarnya televisi menayangkan suatu acara yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dalam rangka memberikan nilai kepuasan bagi masyarakat.
