Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh economic value added (EVA) momentum, market value added (MVA), net profit margin (NPM), return on assets (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food & beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2011-2013. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 12 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2011-2013 yang ditentukan melalui metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda model panel data dengan menggunakan evuews 7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa economic value added (EVA) momentum berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan memiliki arah hubungan positif. Market value added (MVA) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan memiliki arah hubungan positif. Net profit margin (NPM) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan memiliki arah hubungan positif. Return on assets (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan memiliki arah hubungan negatif. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Economic Value Added (EVA) Momentum, Market Value Added (MVA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA). ABSTRACT This research is aimed to analyze effect of economic value added (EVA) momentum, market value added (MVA), net profit margin (NPM), and return on assets (ROA) to corporate values. This research used food & beverage companies which were listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as population. The sample consisted of 12 food & beverage companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2013 periods which were determined through purposive sampling method. The research used multiple linear regression analysis panel data model with used eviews 7. Result of this research showed that economic value added (EVA) momentum does not has significant to corporate values and has positive effect. Market value added (MVA) does not has significant to corporate values and has negative effect. Net profit margin (NPM) does not has significant to corporate values and has negative effect. Return on assets (ROA) has significant to corporate values and has positive effect.
