Abstract
ABSTRACT THE APPLICATION OF NEMUI NYIMAH CULTURAL ATTITUDES IN PUBLIC SERVICES (Studies in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Central Lampung Regency) By AYU AL QARANA The Application of cultural attitudes in the public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Central Lampung Regency should be based on the culture of Nemui Nyimah, but according to the research, employees of Disdukcapil Central Lampung Lampung which majority consist of Lampung ethnic does not apply and has no Nemui Nyiamah culture in the public services, so that people do not get a good public services from local employees. The problem formulation in this study is whether the employees of Disdukcapil Central Lampung regency knowing and applying Nemui Nyimah culture in the public services. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the employees of Disdukcapil Central Lampung regency understand and apply the Nemui Nyimah culture. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, supported by qualitative analysis with technical analysis using a single table. Based on the results the employees that understand and apply the Nemui Nyimah culture is 86.7% of respondents showed a negative attitude or do not know, do not agree and do not support the existence of Nemui Nyimah cultural attitudes, while 13.3% answered to know, accept and support the Nemui Nyimah cultural attitudes within civil. Based on the results of the study showed that the second formulation of the problem that 60% of respondents approved the application of Nemui Nyimah culture in the public services, while 40% of respondents did not approve or negative act in applying the Nemui Nyimah culture in the public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Central Lampung Regency. Keywords: Nemui Nyimah Cultural Attitudes, Public Service ABSTRAK PENERAPAN SIKAP BUDAYA NEMUI NYIMAH DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK (Studi pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Lampung Tengah) Oleh AYU AL QARANA Penerapan sikap budaya dalam pelayanan publik pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Lampung Tengah seharusnya didasarkan pada budaya Nemui Nyimah, tetapi menurut hasil penelitian, pegawai Disdukcapil Kabupaten Lampung Tengah yang mayoritas beretnis Lampung tidak menerapkan dan tidak memiliki budaya Nemui Nyiamah dalam pelayanan publik, sehingga masyarakat tidak memperoleh pelayanan publik yang baik dari pegawai setempat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pegawai Disdukcapil Kabupaten Lampung Tengah mengetahui dan menerapkan budaya Nemui Nyimah dalam pelayanan publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pegawai Disdukcapil Kabupaten Lampung Tengah memahami dan menerapkan budaya Nemui Nyimah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan didukung oleh analisis kualitatif dengan teknis analisis menggunakan tabel tunggal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang pertama adalah bahwa pegawai yang memahami budaya Nemui Nyimah adalah 86,7 % responden menunjukan sikap yang negatif atau tidak tahu, tidak menyetujui dan tidak mendukung adanya sikap budaya Nemui Nyimah, sedangkan 13,3 % menjawab mengetahui, menyetujui dan mendukung adanya sikap budaya Nemui Nyimah dalam diri pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dikemukakan rumusan masalah yang kedua bahwa 60 % responden menyetujui penerapan budaya Nemui Nyimah dalam pelayanan publik, sedangkan 40 % responden tidak menyetujui atau bertindak negatif dalam menerapkan budaya Nemui Nyimah dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Disdukcapil Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.
